The NEW novice team is still
accepting new skaters! We are looking for a few more skaters to compliment our roster. The team is comprised of friendly skaters from all over the National Capital region (Gloucester, Gatineau, Ottawa, Nepean, Kanata) and so please consider joining our team! Requirements: •
11-14 Years old (some
skaters aged 15-18 will be considered – please contact coach) •
Strong motivation to learn
and excel in synchro skating •
Ability to perform at
least some of: 3-turns, mohawks, twizzles, double 3-turns, loops, choctaws,
rockers, and brackets •
Desire to make new
friends, travel, perform, and compete It’s not too late to try synchro. Please join us for any of our

The Nepean Ice Passion Junior (13 and older)
Synchronized Skating Team is looking for new skaters to experience the
excitement of Synchronized Skating for the 2008-2009 Season Nepean Sportsplex - First Conditioning Skate - Thursday September 4th 6:30 - 7:30 (Off Ice in the Upper Hallway). 7:30 - 8:20 - Rink 3 - On ice Conditioning 2nd Conditioning Skate - Sunday September 7th 2:00 - 2:45 Off Ice (Upper Hallway) 3:00 - 5:50- Rink 3 - On Ice Conditioning Try-outs - Thursday, September 11th 6:30 - 7:00 introduction/registration/question & answers
(parents welcome as well) 7-7:15 Off Ice warm up 7:30 - 8:20 On Ice TRY OUTS 8:30 - 9:00
